Justin Tao

Director

Justin is an expert on Lean manufacturing and China supply chain with more than 20 years of experience. He has Industrial Engineering Master, Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP.

Justin started his career at Toyota, Otis Elevator and Kraft Foods in China, since then Justin has implemented Lean in a diverse range of industries in China and Australia.

As an “Authentic” Chinese who gets first-hand experiences in China and now lives in Australia, Justin truly understands both what Chinese manufacturing means and what are Western expectations. He has used his expertise to help dozens of companies from USA, Europe and Australia to improve their supply chain with China manufacturers.

Justin has translated some masterpiece Lean books into Chinese, including “The Machine That Changed the World”, “Getting the Right Things Done” and “Lean Solutions”; His successful Lean transformation cases were published in the books “Learning to See” (Chinese) and “Lean Practices in China II”.
